Relay Envelopes are past due! They need to be dropped off to the Canadian Caner Society before the event... which they extremely appriciate and if you don;t you won't get your t-shirt for raising 100$. If you absolutly can't please bring it to the event! These are the times in which you can drop off your envelopes!

Volunteers will also be available on the following dates to receive your teams pledges if necessary.

  Wednesday, June 14          5:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.

Monday, June 19               9 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.

Tuesday, June 20 9 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.

Wednesday, June 21    9 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.

Thursday, June 22         9 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.

Here is everything you will need to know for Relay for Life:
Location: Fort William Historical Park
Date: June 23rd - 24th 2006
Time: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Althought please be out there for around 6:00 if at all possible this will give us a chance to set up out tents and decorate! As well be prepared to stay a while longer in the morning for clean-up! NO repeats of last year!
More Details:
Breakfast: There is a breakfast provided in the morning! It is delicious! So please stick around!
Theme: ARMY! Everyone please come dresses in camo, green, brown anything that resembles Army! We will be having an army tent and we are going to have a sign that reads "Fighting for a cure!"and well as out TB Interact Sign. We will be need someone to make the poster!! I can simply writes it but I definitely can't draw!! Anyone interested in drawing of bringing balloons and or other decorations please contact Lisa Zimak!
Tents: This is definitely something we need to bring! Anyone who can bring a tent please do so!
As quoted from the famous Dan Urquhart: "If your bringing a tent, make sure there are poles!"
Other Things to Bring:
  1. sunscreen and bug spray
  2. water, pop, juice
  3. snack food (cookies are always good!) (cake too)
  4. Plates, cups, napkins if you think its necessary!
  5. TENT
  6. chairs
  7. blankets and sleeping bags
  8. RUNNERS (we will be walking!!)
  9. change of cloths!!
  10. DECORATIONS
  11. cards, games fun stuff
Once again this year we plan to BBQ so bring smokies, hot dogs and whatever else you wanna cook!
